Unfortunately we can not accept the food returns.

 

We hope that you love your purchase but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. If your intension is to return your item, please contact us within 3 days of your delivery by emailing authenticdelight@outlook.com with your order number. But don’t worry you then have 7 days to return the item in its original condition after we contact you. Our team will resolve this for you straight away.

Please use a tracked service to return your item. You must ensure to obtain your proof of postage in case your parcel is lost on its return back to us. If you do not have your proof of postage, Authentic Delight cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

It is important that a return postage receipt is kept safe until you receive your refund from us.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us which are not in their original condition.

 

It is also important that you’re aware that the cost of returns must be paid by the customer.
